Indoor Sports Centre Forfeiture Rules

When you nominate a team in one of our competitions, it is then considered a commitment from you, that your team will play all games in that season and also be fully financial.

Forfeits not only disrupt the running of our competitions, but also disappoint other teams that look forward to their weekly game of sport.

If it is totally unavoidable and you are going to have to forfeit your game, please give us as much notice as you can, so we can notify your opposition.

If a team forfeits a match, prior to game day, that team must still pay their normal game fee.

If a team forfeits on the day of their scheduled game, they must pay their game fee, plus the other team's game payment as well.

If a team forfeits twice in the same competition, they may be withdrawn from the remainder of that season.

If your team pulls out of a competition before it's completion, there is a $100.00 cancellation fee.
